B.R.I.D.G.E. — Building Respect, Inclusivity, Determination Growth, Equity
Join us at the seventh annual Women of Color Summit (WOC) with more than 300 women and allies across New York State and various regions for a two day in-person professional development conference. WOC will be held in Niagara Falls, NY, on June 3-4, 2026. Additionally, the series will continue with two virtual sessions on Thursday, July 17th and July 24th. This year’s theme: B.R.I.D.G.E. — Building Respect, Inclusivity, Determination Growth, Equity.

In a world that constantly demands our brilliance, resilience, and leadership, this conference is more than an event—it’s a movement. B.R.I.D.G.E. — Building Respect, Inclusivity, Determination Growth, Equity is a powerful gathering designed to equip women of color with the tools, networks, and strategies needed to thrive professionally and personally. Connecting Voices, Cultivating Leaders, Advancing Equity The concept of a bridge symbolizes connection, progress, and overcoming barriers, which aligns closely with the summit’s objectives.
Attendees will walk away with actionable insights, renewed confidence, and an expanded community of support.
